I was so excited for winter to end practically begging spring to come so I could finally see the beautiful cherry blossom! ^_^
Few weeks ago we went to Children’s Grand Park, one of our favorite parks in Seoul. The park is so huge that it has amusement park, zoo, botanical gardens, theater and museum inside. This park is a good place for exercise or picnic in a relatively quiet atmosphere. The entrance is free but there are extras to pay for like the rides at the amusement park.
We went there on the first day of the festival, April 14. The flowers were not yet all in full bloom. Here are some of the photos I took.
How to go there:
- By subway – Children’s Grand Park Station (Seoul Subway Line 7), Exit 1
- Bus – 3216, 4212, 2221, 3215, 130, 303, 9301 or 9403 (Get off at Children’s Grand Park bus stop)
